It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone is able to accept the delivery of the order. In case of an in-accurate address provided by the customer or the unavailability of person to accept delivery by the courier; no claims/refunds will be entertained.

EXCHANGES
We do not exchange items unless a wrong item is sent.
We have a NO refund policy; however, exceptions can be made, when the product is out of stock and can't be fulfilled.
